Be The Trainer Who Changes Workplace Culture

Neurodiversity isn’t a trend, it’s the future of inclusive, innovative, human-centred workplaces. At Neuro Tide, we’re here to help you lead that future with confidence, credibility, and compassion.

Whether you’re a leader in HR, a coach, a facilitator, or someone with lived experience ready to inspire change, this is your pathway to impact.

Our train-the-trainer accreditation is more than a course, it’s a movement. You’ll gain the tools, recognition, and support to deliver neuroinclusion training that opens minds, shifts behaviour and transforms culture from the inside out.

Why Choose Neuro Tide?

We’re not just trainers, we’re practitioners, advocates, and changemakers. Our independent accreditation is grounded in:

  • Lived experience and authenticity.

  • Legal and standards alignment, including the Equality Act 2010 and BSI PAS 6463 Design For The Mind.

  • Over a decade of delivery experience across sectors, from law firms and retail giants to schools and charities.

  • Leadership by example. Our founder Mark Charlesworth is neurodivergent and has over ten years of experience in workplace neuroinclusion.
