Neuro Tide was founded by Mark Charlesworth, a passionate advocate for neuroinclusion with experience across leadership, coaching and workplace accessibility. Mark’s goal: to make understanding neurodiversity as natural as team work itself. Mark has a diagnosis of ADHD, autism, epilepsy and PTSD.

Mark is a passionate advocate for real neuroinclusion shaped by lived experience and backed by years of hands-on work with individuals and organisations.
With ADHD, Autism, PTSD, and Epilepsy as part of his own story, Mark brings empathy, honesty, and deep insight to every conversation. He’s the author of The Neurodiversity Guidebook and The Eleven Principles of Neurodiversity Inclusion, and a sought after speaker known for making complex topics relatable and human.
Whether he’s leading a training session or advising a workplace, Mark’s goals are clear and simple. They are to help neurodivergent people feel understood, supported, and empowered to thrive as they are.
