Neuroinclusion & Neurodiversity Lunch & Learn Sessions

Short. Clear. Impactful.

Busy workdays don’t always leave time for long training. That’s why we offer bite-sized lunch and learn sessions, focused on neuroinclusion, delivered in 30 to 45 minutes, and designed to spark insight and change.

Session Themes You Can Choose:

We offer all of our training suite as a lunch and learn, but we find these are most popular as short, focused sessions.

  • Quick Intro to Neurodiversity.

An overview of neurodivergence, what it is, why it matters and how teams benefit from difference.

  • Supporting ADHD or Autism at Work.

Condition-specific 30 to 45 minute sessions to learn how to spot barriers, plan support and lead neuroinclusive teams confidently.

  • Adjustment Planning in Action.

Learn how to set up simple, effective adjustment plans, with templates, real examples and manager tools.

  • Team Strengths Workshop.

  • Short interactive session for team members to explore diverse thinking styles, collaborate and build neuroinclusive habits.

Suggested Series:

Run a weekly or monthly series, e.g.

  • Week 1: intro to neurodiversity.

  • Week 2: ADHD at work.

  • Week 3: Autism at work.

  • Week 4: Adjustment planning.

Followed by tailored follow-ups to keep momentum.

How it Works. Flexible, Focused, Session Tailored:

Choose your format:

  • 30 or 45 minutes plus Q&A.

  • Live online or in person.

  • Designed for lunches, break times, or team meetings.

We provide slides, facilitator notes and optional follow-up materials to embed learning.

Aligning With Standards, Grounded in Practice.

Each session is aligned with the Equality Act 2010, and best practice in neuroinclusion. We draw on real workplace examples, not abstract theory, to makes changes stick.

Why These Sessions Matter:

Statistic: With approximately 20% of the UK population being neurodivergent, and yet only 29% of autistic adults in any form of employment, with similar statistics for other neurodifferences. (Source: Human Resource Management (Wiley), v.65. i.5, 1207 to 1226).

Quick targeted neurodiversity training sessions by Neuro Tide help to build awareness, shift culture and give managers and teams the tools they can apply immediately.
