Practicalities. How Lunch & Learns Run.

    • Standard length: 60 minutes including questions.

    • Delivered online or at your chosen site..

    • Suitable for lunchtime slots, team meetings or all‑staff briefings.

    • Available for any time in the day, whether it be breakfast, lunch, or mid-afternoon or something else.

    • Sessions can work for small teams or larger groups. We don’t limit the number.

    • We may use a mix of short input, reflection and of course Q&A. Session and delivery type dependent. Always time for Q&A.

    • For larger groups, questions can be submitted in advance as well as live.

    • All questions can be asked at the end of the session of anytime afterwards.
