Meet our Founder, Mark Charlesworth.

Lived Experience and Professional Expertise.

Mark Charlesworth (he/him) is the Founder and Managing Director of Neuro Tide, and a neurodivergent consultant and strategist with over a decade of experience.

Living with ADHD, autism, epilepsy and PTSD, Mark brings empathy, honesty and deep insight into every conversation. He’s the author of The Neurodiversity Guidebook and The Eleven Principles of Neurodiversity Inclusion, and is known for making complex topics relatable, human and actionable.
