Who We Are
Neurodiversity expertise with heart, experience, and a human touch.
For over ten years, our team have been helping organisations create workplaces where every kind of mind can thrive, through audits, training, consultancy, and practical support that makes a real difference.
Built from lived experience. Designed to change workplaces.
At Neuro Tide, we believe real inclusion begins with listening. We’re a neurodiversity and neuroinclusion consultancy grounded in lived experience, driven by purpose, and built to help people, and the organisations they power, to thrive.
Our founder, Mark Charlesworth, is a neurodivergent consultant with over a decade of experience supporting both individuals and businesses to make neuroinclusion real, not theoretical. That experience shapes everything we do, from audits and training to workplace assessments and consultancy.

We’ve worked with teams across sectors and internationally to help them better understand, support, and empower neurodivergent colleagues, applicants, and customers. Our work isn’t off the shelf. It’s always tailored, human first, and focused on creating lasting change.
Why We Exist:
Because being neurodivergent at work shouldn’t mean hiding who you are.
Because inclusion isn’t a box to tick, it’s a way to build stronger teams.
Because when neurodivergent people are supported, everyone benefits.

Let’s Build Neuroinclusion That Lasts.
You don’t need a perfect plan, just the right place to start.
We’re here to help you shape it.
Just 29% of autistic adults are in paid employment, compared to over 80% of non-disabled adults (National Autistic Society, 2024; UK Government Buckland Review, 2024).
This highlights systemic exclusion, not a lack of ability.
At Neuro Tide, we believe that closing this gap starts with understanding, real understanding, grounded in lived experience. That’s what sets our consultancy apart.
We support organisations to rethink recruitment from the ground up, designing roles around people, not forcing people to fit rigid roles.
From hiring through to progression, we bring practical expertise in embedding neuroinclusion across the entire employee journey.
Let’s build your workplaces where all neurodivergent talent isn’t overlooked, but is empowered.
Case Study: Founder’s Story Inspires Sharing & Policy
The challenge:
The engineering firm, a friendly place to work, was aware of a number of neurodivergent colleagues who had shared, but were concerned that other neurodiverse colleagues were not speaking up. The organisation wanted to make sure that all were able to ask for support, share information, and be supported.
What Neuro Tide did:
Our founder, Mark Charlesworth, was invited to speak about his own lived neurodivergent experience of ADHD and Autism, and in the same session, help leaders understand what these and other neurodivergent conditions are, and how they are important for the engineering firm in the vehicle manufacturing supply chain.
The outcome for the engineering firm:
Within the session, a colleague of over 20 years service found courage and energy, stood up and told the senior leaders and other colleagues about his Autism. This led to a warm energy and further conversations of support. The session sparked internal policy and communication reviews, and this has also led to the appointment of neuroinclusion champions.
