Who Are Neuro Tide
Neuro Tide was built from lived experience, with a belief that every mind deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported at work.
Who We Are:
A Neurodiversity & Neuroinclusion Consultancy Rooted in Lived Experience
At Neuro Tide, we help organisations build workplaces where neurodivergent people don’t just fit in, they thrive.
Founded by Mark Charlesworth, a neurodivergent consultant with over a decade of experience, we understand neuroinclusion from the inside. That means everything we offer, whether it's audits, training, workplace assessments, or consultancy, is grounded in real-world understanding, not guesswork.

We’ve supported organisations across sectors to move from good intentions to lasting change, helping HR teams, leaders, and inclusion champions build environments that support wellbeing, unlock talent, and improve retention.
Why We Exist:
Because neuroinclusion is more than a policy, it’s a practice.
Because neurodivergent people deserve better.
Because when you design workplaces around real needs, people do their best work.
And because when people thrive, organisations grow.
What Drives Us:
Lived Experience at the Core
