About NEUR!TIDE ↓
Neuroinclusion should work for real people.
Neuro Tide helps organisations understand different minds, remove unnecessary friction and create places, processes and experiences where more people have the conditions to thrive.
Our work brings together lived insight, specialist expertise and more than a decade of organisational experience.
Warm enough for honest conversations.
Rigorous enough for difficult decisions.
Focused on what will make a meaningful difference.
Built to make neuroinclusion meaningful.
Awareness matters.
But knowing more about neurodiversity does not automatically change somebody's experience.
The difference is what happens next.
How a manager communicates.
How recruitment works.
How accessible an environment feels.
How somebody asks for support.
How leaders make decisions.
And whether people have the conditions they need to contribute and thrive.
Neuro Tide exists to help close the gap between understanding and experience.
Clarity. Confidence. Change.
Clarity
Understand what is really happening.
We look beneath the surface at the person, environment, process, expectations and the interaction between them.
Confidence
Make stronger decisions.
We help leaders, managers, HR teams, recruiters and colleagues ask better questions, have more useful conversations and respond thoughtfully.
Change
Turn intention into experience.
We help organisations turn understanding into better behaviour, processes, decisions and environments.
Being positive about neurodiversity does not require pretending everything is easy.
We recognise real challenges and real strengths.
We recognise that environments can remove barriers or intensify them.
And we recognise that two people with the same diagnosis can have entirely different experiences.
The person matters more than the template.
Neuroaffirming. Strengths aware. Realistic.
Lived experience belongs in the room.
Lived experience should influence how neuroinclusion is understood.
But no one person's experience can represent everybody.
Our approach combines lived insight with professional experience, research, organisational understanding and curiosity about the individual situation in front of us.
Meet Mark
Mark Charlesworth
Founder and Managing Director
Mark founded Neuro Tide to make neuroinclusion clearer, more human and more useful.
A neurodivergent consultant, trainer and strategist, he brings more than a decade of organisational experience alongside his own lived experience.
His work focuses on translating complex neurodiversity questions into conversations, decisions and action across HR, leadership, management, recruitment, learning and operational environments.
People. Places. Experiences.
Neuroinclusion can shape the way an applicant encounters recruitment.
How a customer experiences a service.
How somebody participates in learning.
How a passenger navigates information.
How an athlete works with a coach.
How a visitor experiences an environment.
And how colleagues experience work every day.
That is why our work looks beyond one employee programme.
What good looks like to us.
People have greater opportunity to participate, contribute and progress on their merits.
Managers understand difference without lowering expectations.
Support becomes easier to access.
Environments create fewer unnecessary barriers.
Processes become clearer.
And organisations become increasingly capable of solving neuroinclusion questions themselves.
You do not need a finished brief.
You might have a clear plan.
A problem.
A question.
Or simply a sense that something could work better.
Start there.
