What is a neurodiversity and neuro-inclusion audit, you ask?

It is an objective assessment, using our neurodiversity and neuro-inclusion expertise, on the impact of a particular element on each neurodivergent condition.

The comprehensive highly confidential audit report provides you with valuable insights into the hidden barriers that might be preventing your neurodivergent team members and organisation from reaching full potential.

Three levels of neuro inclusion and neurodiversity audits.

  • Option 1

    We will audit either a workspace, website, handbook, process etc, over just a few days, and report back within a couple of weeks.

  • Option 2

    A neurodiversity and neuro inclusion audit with a focus on a department, a team or location etc, which can take approximately eight weeks of observations, analysis and reporting

  • Option 3

    A full organisational wide neuro inclusion and neurodiversity audit looking at all teams, departments, hubs, areas of business focus, including all documents, interactions, workspaces, processes, culture and more. Takes approximately between twelve and twenty weeks to observe, analyse and report back to you

Case study. Unlocking the door for neurodivergent talent.

The inclusive housing association were concerned at the employment disparity rate, of which they are a gatekeeper, as well as their workspaces and buildings, inclusive policies, practices, culture, documents and more, and so the neurodevelopmental condition audit was conducted which revealed where documents, workspaces and processes were to the detriment of neurodivergent colleagues and tenants. The result is an enhancement of the culture inclusion with more neurodivergent talent being able to find meaningful employment, and the housing association can market this as a success story
