Who We Are

Neuro Tide was founded in November 2023 by Mark Charlesworth, who has been supporting organisations and individuals with neuro inclusion and neurodiversity since 2015.

Neuro Tide has one simple goal:

neurodivergent people achieving their full potential to enable their thriving in the workplace.

Neuro Tide Ltd are passionate about neurodiversity and neuro inclusion, and empowering you to make positive neuro inclusive changes.

Neuro Tide has two missions, the first is to support individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions who interact with your organisation, including colleagues, customers, passengers, and applicants. This entails enhancing your neurodiversity and neuro inclusion literacy and confidence to ensure their full inclusion.

Neuro Tide’s second mission is to assist you in transforming your processes and workspaces as well as the applicant, passenger and customer experiences, to be entirely neuro inclusive. This will enhance your neurodiversity and so strengthen your organisation.

  • To achieve these goals

We bring a wealth of expertise in delivering comprehensive line manager training and support, facilitating neurodiversity and neuro inclusion audits, and engaging audiences through informative talks on ADHD, Autism Spectrum, and neurodiversity.

Beyond these essential services, we collaborate with organisations, ensuring effective strategies are in place for fostering neuro inclusive change.

Always tailored to your needs, with support just a call away.

Whilst historically, our founder has supported individuals with coaching and workplace assessments, this was during a time when organisations didn’t know how to support neurodivergent colleagues and applicants.

Now that organisations and individuals are better informed about neurodiversity and neuro inclusion, Neuro Tide Ltd have taken the step to focus on line manager support, neurodiversity and neuro inclusion audits and also neurodiversity and neuro inclusion status benchmarking.

This focused work is done with the social model of disability in mind, to help organisations widen their scope of neuro inclusion for the benefit of all.

  • A proud and successful record

For many years now, we have dedicated ourselves to the important work of helping organisations, both large and small, across a diverse range of industries.

The focus has been on breaking down the barriers that exist when it comes to neuro inclusion, ensuring that individuals with ADHD and those on the Autism Spectrum are fully supported and empowered. Through Neuro Tide’s expertise and experience, we have been able to make a meaningful impact by providing guidance, strategies, and resources that foster an inclusive environment for all.

By addressing the unique challenges that neurodiverse individuals face, we have seen firsthand the positive effects it can have on productivity, creativity, and overall organisational success.

With a deep understanding of the importance of neuro inclusion and a passion for advocating for the rights and opportunities of these individuals, we are committed to continuing this vital work and driving positive change in the world of neurodiversity.
