Neuro-inclusion and neurodiversity training
Neurodiversity is an important and intricate aspect of society, with one in every five people being neurodivergent. Understanding neurodiversity involves recognising the wide range of conditions, their unique presentations, and the diverse spectrum they encompass. It is crucial for employers to provide comprehensive support for neurodivergent individuals in all aspects of their employee life cycle, as the lack of necessary adjustments places them at a significant disadvantage, ultimately impeding societal progress. Additionally, it is worth noting that many exceptional individuals, including entrepreneurs, innovators, inventors, and creatives, are neurodivergent.
Mutual support and understanding are essential for everyone to thrive and make their best contributions to society.
